Deliveries are sent the next day, unless a particular date is specified in your order.

deliveries are between 9.30am and 5pm. We do not deliver on MONDAY or SUNDAY unless agreed upon previously. if you require a Monday or Sunday delivery please get in contact and if we are able to fulfill your request we will flowers@twigandhynes.com . Mother’s Day Excluded

if we are unable to leave your order then a redelivery fee of $10 will be charged. please advise of any delivery instructions, especially if you live in a gated property when completing your order.
